Dr. Barnett is in the hospital

Update:  December 15th, 2008

Dr. Barnett is still in the hospital but is expected to be released Wednesday December 17th.

We'd like to thank all our patients for their thoughts, cards, and prayers.

Unfortunately, due to Dr. Barnett's health, Pinnacle Peak Physicians will be closing our doors for the foreseeable future.

Patients can request their medical records by faxing the appropriately signed medical release document (available from your new doctor)

faxed to our fax line at (480) 502-2430.

This fax line will be available for all patients who wish to transfer their medical records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we will check for incoming faxes on a daily basis.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our patients and we thank you for your gracious consideration in these stressful times.
